By completing a purchase online with doculeaf.com and Doculeaf, LLC, you accept and agree to the following conditions: You, the user, fully understand and agree that all items sold on this web site or by this company, herein referred to as “novelty document(s)” by “the vendor” are to be used strictly for novelty purposes only and may not be used for illegal purposes or illegal gain of any kind. By completing the purchase you attest that you are at least 18 years of age and agree that you will not use the novelty document(s) to misrepresent yourself in any way. You also understand that by ordering any novelty document(s) You are automatically accepting these conditions and you will not hold the site operator or owner liable for any harm whatsoever that may be caused either directly or indirectly due to any use of the novelty document(s). You also agree that you will not present any novelty document(s) from this vendor as an item having value, credit or merit of any kind. You declare that you have checked the laws of my state and that you are not prohibited to purchase or possess any type of novelty document(s) and you fully release the vendor and all persons associated with the sale of the novelty document(s) from any and all liability that may arise out of my placing an order. You agree that you will not use, nor will you allow any other party or person to use the novelty document(s) that you purchase from this vendor in any forum, including but not limited to any type of media, legal or government related presentation, publication, report, evidence, production or exhibit. You solemnly swear and affirm that you are not affiliated with any local, state or federal law enforcement agency who is purchasing novelty document(s) from this vendor for use in any type of investigation or legal action. You claim complete and sole responsibility for any and all legal costs required to represent the vendor should You not abide by any conditions of this agreement.
Refunds, Returns, & Cancellations
All sales are final, refunds will not be issued. If your order contains an error that is through no fault of your own, please notify doculeaf.com via email within 7 (seven) days of completing your order. Your claim will be investigated and if we find that an error was made on our end, we will send you a corrected document. If you submit a request for a document, and discover after you have paid for services, that you have made an error in the information that you submitted, then you will need to submit, and pay half price for a new order with the correct information. If you ordered multiple copies of a document, but your item was shipped to you incomplete, please notify us by email within one (1) day from the date that your order was delivered to notify us of the error and we will ship your additional copy or copies the next business day. By placing an order on our site you agree to comply with our refund and return policy and agree that you will not initiate a charge back claim with your credit card company provided that proof of delivery can be shown. If you break this agreement your account will be assessed a $25 fee for dispute resolution processing and will be turned over to a collection agency for recovery of funds. Once an order is paid for, it cannot be cancelled. Your order will be processed, and the items which you have paid will be sent by the requested means.
Delivery & Shipping
Orders paid for online before 1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday may be shipped on the same day. Orders paid for after 1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time and those paid for on weekends or on national holidays will ship on the next business day. Any additional days that our offices may be closed will be posted on our website the day prior. If we have a question that prohibits us from completing your order, we will notify you via email and place your order on hold until we receive a response. Once we deliver to the mail courier we are not responcible for the delivery process and will not issue a refund for any late or damaged shipments. If your shipment is returned to us because you provided us with an inaccurate address or because you refused or failed to pick up the shipment, your order will not be eligible for refund and you will be required to pay the necessary shipping fee to have the order reshipped to you. Orders returned to us will be held until you contact us.
